About Us
Catalytic Strategies Group is led by Lara J. Evans, a global development executive with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of social protection, economic inclusion, and risk financing.
She has held senior leadership roles at the United States Agency for International Development and advised global partners including the World Bank and Mercy Corps.
Her work spans Africa, Latin America, and fragile contexts, with a focus on translating complex systems into actionable strategies that unlock financing and deliver impact at scale.
